FSC explained

At EdwoodsLincs, we care about preserving the planet we all live on. A wood turner is only as good as the trees they can source, and we know that unless we act responsibly, we're unlikely to continue trading for years to come. We use FSC Certified British timber, where possible. which means that we can absolutely guarantee that your timber has been sustainably sourced, helping to protect the planet for generations to come. 

· PEFC requires stricter requirements than FSC. PEFC requires that wood and lumber are imported from abroad, whereas for FSC, wood and lumber can be domestic manufacturers and forest farms that have obtained FSC qualification.
